What The Role Is

You will be part of a team involved in the design review process of mechanical system design in new HDB developments and establishing material specifications, requirements, and standardized design approaches for mechanical services, to achieve design integration within the development while meeting regulatory compliance and client requirements. You will also be involved in carrying out design reviews at project sites for quality assurance and compliance.

What You Will Be Working On

You will interact with consultants across different disciplines to review building mechanical services designs for design integration, authority compliance, and user requirements.
