Position Overview
Key Responsibilities of the Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer – Molding Processes and Technology:
Perform all duties compliant with TPI policies and aligned to TPI values of safety, operational excellence, commitment, integrity, and leadership.Collaborate with Technology, Quality, Customer teams, and Production teams to establish requirements and controls for manufacturing process improvements. Leverage TPI manufacturing readiness framework to establish manufacturing technology maturity and action plans.Develop and execute meaningful engineering test plans to evaluate and down-select new technology or methods for a production environment. Analyze, interpret, and summarize data to drive root cause corrective actions and technical decision-making.
