The position requires strong electronic design, programming, and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to work independently and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electronics and Communications Engineering, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
