Responsibilities: Support existing IMI/ARO projects and lead the development of electrification products, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Electric Cranes, for the marine and offshore market. Lead the design and development of electrification systems for marine offshore vessels, with a strong focus on battery management systems (BMS), fuel cell systems, and emerging futureenergy technologies. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define system requirements, develop detailed technical specifications, and establish robust system architectures. Plan and execute system integration, testing, and validation activities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety.
