About the Role
We are hiring a seasoned Engineering & Design leader to drive large-scale renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across India. This role will be instrumental in leading engineering strategy, ensuring grid compliance, and delivering high-impact power infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end engineering design for renewable energy and BESS projects
Drive design optimization and value engineering initiatives
Ensure compliance with CTU/STU connectivity and grid regulations
Oversee substation and transmission system design and execution
Conduct and review dynamic/grid impact studies
Collaborate with EPC partners for project execution and technical alignment
Perform technical audits and ensure quality standards across projects
Work closely with stakeholders including DISCOMs, GENCOs, GRIDCOs, IPPs, and developers
Ensure adherence to CEA regulations, IEGC compliance, and BESS safety standards
