Position Overview
Responsibilities - Sustain and improve safety Management System (MS) such as ISO45K, SHMS, ISO14K.
- Conduct monthly safety inspections together with WSH Committee members, following a schedule approved by the WSH Committee.
- Investigate any safety‑related incidents or accidents that occur on site.
- Report management information (MOM) for reportable incidents or accidents according to WSH Incident Reporting regulation.
- Validate the Risk Work Plan and other permits applicable as per the ST local operating procedure.
- Manage contractors’ onsite safety in compliance with WSH requirements.
- Conduct internal audits.
- Coordinate EHS‑related external audits and follow up on findings or non‑compliance closures.
- Manage the first aid box on site.
- Conduct evacuation drills and report on the outcome.
- Cover the duty of safety officer when team members are on leave or away.
