Your Mission

We are looking for a Senior eCommerce Underwriter to join our fast-growing Underwriting team. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce Underwriting, you will review and analyze merchant application referrals from Nuvei’s eComm, Base Direct, and US/CAN Partners sales channels to qualify their creditworthiness. You will follow all Nuvei credit policies and guidelines to mitigate overall financial and reputational risk exposures, and you will collaborate with the Loss Prevention and Sales teams to identify risk and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed credit & risk analysis of applying merchant accounts to determine creditworthiness and identify potential risks.
• Demonstrate strong methodical skills in analyzing data, drawing meaningful conclusions, preparing written summaries of results in accordance with department procedures, and making holistic business recommendations.
