Responsibilities

To perform customer care management in E-commerce platforms like Shopee & Tiktok by maintaining excellent response rate and effective solutions to customers.

In charge of customer return & refund.

Handling of order operational tasks, order distribution and daily reporting.

Job Requirements

MUST have knowledge of Shopee or Tiktok SELLER sales flow.

Knowledge of SITEGIANT app is a bonus.

Minimum 3 years of similar hands-on experience.
