Role Description

This full-time Senior Dynatrace Engineer role at TEIPPO is a hybrid position based in Mexico City, Mexico, with flexibility for part-time work from home. The senior engineer will design, implement, and maintain application performance monitoring solutions using Dynatrace across complex, distributed environments.

Responsibilities Configure dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics; analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, optimize application behavior, and improve end‑user experience. Collaborate closely with development, Dev Ops, SRE, infrastructure, and security teams to integrate Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines and operational processes. Create technical documentation, establish monitoring best practices, and mentor colleagues on the effective use of Dynatrace tools and methodologies.
