5 days site based

You will be working within our Construction London & Home Counties business, where you will:
* Quality check all document naming convention prior to upload onto CDE.
* Liaise with design consultants with any issues in the CDE workflow.
* Help with training consultants and sub-contractors not currently familiar with the CDE.
* Liaise with the design lead on the project to ensure smooth operation of the document control system.
* Assist with chasing sub-contractors for ‘as built’ information.
* Assist with pulling together the O&M files.
* Manage the balance of project allocations.
* Provide progress reports
