Head - Valuations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global Valuation Control strategy, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee IPV, Fair Value Adjustments (FVA), PVA/AVA, Levelling, Model Validation, and Valuation Methodology
• Partner with Front Office, Market Risk, Product Control, Finance, Model Risk, and Regulators
• Drive valuation analytics, controls enhancement, technology transformation, and process excellence
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing global teams

What We‘re Looking For

• 20+ years of experience in Valuation Control and Financial Markets
• Deep expertise across FX, Rates, Credit, Commodities, XVA, and complex derivatives
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modelling, and regulatory frameworks
