**Position Summary...**
The Senior Director, Performance Acceleration Operations drives how Continuous Improvement work is prioritized, aligned, and executed across the Grocery Network, with a clear focus on helping distribution centers achieve CPH, financial targets, and other key KPIs.

This role ensures work enters the field through a single, coordinated path—reducing noise, improving clarity, and enabling stronger execution in the buildings. Acting as the bridge between enterprise strategy and day-to-day operations, the leader partners closely with Divisional VPs, GMs, SCILs, and support teams to focus on the highest-value opportunities.

Ultimately, this role helps the network operate as one system—protecting field capacity, reinforcing clear priorities, and giving leaders better visibility into performance, risks, and progress.
