Provide overall strategic alignment and operational oversight in Lake County for two operating sites, a program portfolio in Immediate Access and Basic Needs, and all Mission Engagement activities in Lake County. Regularly connect and reinforce mutually enriching bonds between Cook and Lake County staff, donors, and other key organizational partners. Lead the alignment and advancement of Catholic Charities' mission and values across a core set of programs and activities.
