Key Responsibilities
Translate and implement company's global HSE vision, strategy, policies, and standards across the assigned regional portfolio. Champion a strong safety culture that prioritizes proactive risk management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Act as the senior HSE advisor to executive leadership, Project Directors, and Design & Construction stakeholders. Drive consistency in HSE governance, systems, and best practices across multiple projects. Provide end-to-end HSE leadership throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and transition to operations. Partner with Project Directors, Construction Leads, PMO, Engineering, and Operations to integrate HSE principles into project planning and execution.
