**Job Description**

The Senior Director Finance - Ambulatory Pharmacy and 340B is a senior finance leader and a key member of the leadership team within pharmacy finance. Key constituents include the SVP Chief Pharmacy Officer, health system owned retail and specialty pharmacy leadership, and site-based Finance Directors. Success will be dependent on an ability to leverage matrixed resources inside and outside of Finance to drive strong business results.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
+ MBA and or MS in Finance/Analytics
+ 6+ years of finance and or financial analytics experience including support of an operations leader
+ 2+ years of leadership experience
+ Demonstrated ability to build relationships with and positively influence operations leaders
+ Ability to synthesize financial and operating data into concise and actionable information for financial and non-financial users
