You will join the Digital Content Team within Service Delivery Communications. The team works across MSD to design and manage digital content that helps both staff and clients easily find, understand and use information. Our focus includes MSD's intranet and knowledge base as well as public-facing digital channels, ensuring information is clear, accessible and aligned across the organisation. The Senior Digital Advisor plays a key role in content design and managing content workflows across MSD's digital channels, with a strong focus on improving our intranet and knowledge base so that staff can quickly find the information they need to support New Zealanders. You will bring expertise in designing content guides and workflow processes and ideally have experience working on a large platform build or redesign project.
