The Sr. Manager Project Management Office – Wealth Management leads end‑to‑end investment deal flow within Bayut’s Wealth Management real estate function, coordinating with internationally based Wealth Managers, clients and internal teams.

• Ensure timely submission of Investment Memorandums (IMs).
• Handle client escalations and internal conflicts.
• Ensure performance alignment across multiple departments within the Project Committee.
• Maintain accountability for planned execution.
• Oversee complete deal flow after IM acceptance: payment processing, documentation management, contract finalization.
