The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to take ownership of commercial and residential property developments from feasibility through to completion. This is a hands‑on role suited to a commercially astute professional who enjoys leading complex projects and working within a dynamic development environment.

You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors and local authorities councils to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
