The Senior Development Manager will provide support and delivery expertise of real estate development across a broad spectrum of sectors including (but not exclusively) Residential, Commercial Office, Retail, Leisure and Entertainment, and Hospitality. As well as Master Planning, Infrastructure, landscaping and Public Realm.

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end development process of assigned real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. The role involves managing feasibility studies, securing approvals, coordinating design, monitoring construction, and engaging with stakeholders to maximize project value.
