Approaches every project with a critical thinking mindset, beyond the scope of design (considering audience, timelines, past work, and overarching project goals). This person should have meticulous attention to detail and understand how to keep the bigger picture in scope.Strong experience as a designer, and able to communicate with both creatives and non-creatives.Regularly attends internal client meetings, and is expected to represent the creative team in selected external client meetings.Expert proficiency in design programs (Figma, Adobe Products, AI tools) and master of design principles.Can translate client challenges and goals into solutions through design.Thrives in the ideation stages – enjoys experimenting with design ideas, and collaborating with designers and art/creative directors to see each project through.Is comfortable pushing designers to grow skills and improve work...
