Demand Planner Senior

Responsible for executing demand planning processes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, leading S/OP meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that impact KPIs (primary: forecast accuracy; secondary: on-time delivery/stock availability and inventory management/DIO).

Key Accountabilities

• Execute the daily, weekly and monthly demand planning processes (i.e. demand outlier adjustments, new parts, etc.) to fine tune the forecast to achieve forecast accuracy and customer delivery targets.
• Lead the Monthly Forecast Consensus S/OP meeting to reach a consensus with business partners on the sales demand forecast by facilitating a collaborative planning process.
• Collect data from internal and external sources such as customers’ forecast and data/market intelligence that are known to impact demand.
