Senior Privacy Counsel - Major UK Brand

An amazing opportunity for an experienced Data Privacy Lawyer to support an iconic British brand in the UK.

This role will deputise the DPO and be the go-to person for all Privacy matters affecting this leading organisation. It will best suit an individual looking for a hands on role with significant stakeholder engagement, whilst also acting as the lead data privacy advisor on a number of complex privacy matters effecting a global, well recognised, brand.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Substantial experience of working within a complex Data Privacy environment, either in-house, or reputable law firm.
• Good understanding of European Privacy rules (including GDPR) effecting a technology focussed global organisation.
• UK or European Legal qualification
• Demonstrable experience of influencing senior stakeholders.
