What we expect from you

• Strong experience with Python, advanced SQL, and PySpark.
• Hands‑on experience with dbt, including models, tests, documentation, lineage, and transformation standards.
• Experience working with AWS services such as Glue, EMR, Step Functions, Lambda, and S3.
• Knowledge of CDC tools such as Qlik Replicate, IBM InfoSphere CDC, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with Apache Iceberg and/or Delta Lake.
• Strong understanding of Kimball dimensional modeling, including fact tables, dimensions, and SCDs.
• Experience leading data warehouse migrations or analytics platform modernization initiatives.
• Proven technical leadership experience managing Data Engineering teams.
