We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Representatives who will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless support experience. The role involves handling queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products/services
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Meet defined KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and CSAT scores
