Position Overview
Responsibilities - Process and follow up customers’ export and import shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Serve the customer in all queries and requirements.
- Monitor shipment according to customer status and track & trace upon delivery.
- Handle full sets of shipping Documentation timely and accurate until closing of files.
- Ensure the highest standard of customer service.
- Assisting with processing price quotes and rate negotiations.
- Working in harmony with the relevant sales and operations teams, correcting when necessary to engage in activities.
- Preparing periodic reports completely and on time.
Qualifications - Minimum 3-4 years work experience in similar role from the Freight Forwarding industry background.
- Must possess strong communication skills – Written & Spoken.
