Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - First point of contact for the customers assigned
- Use the various tools to facilitate the orders until it reaches customer
- Provide open order report and alert customer actively on shipments and FG.
- Coordinate with plant and customer on the reject returns
- Adhere to Company's policy and procedures.
- Involve in audits and manage invoice payment issues if any.
- Facilitate customer visits as and when needed.
- Responsibilities with respect to significant aspects related link to operational control in work area.
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative roles
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
