Insight Global is seeking a Senior Customer Insights & Survey Analytics Consultant to join a Customer Insights team within an enterprise organization. This candidate will be responsible for supporting functionalities that help represent the voice of millions of customers. Through their work they will help influence customer strategy and architect research strategies that help identify the why behind customer behavior.

On a day-to-day basis, this person will operate as a strategic partner to the business, working closely with internal stakeholders to understand key business questions and translate them into thoughtful research approaches.
