MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree
• Minimum 8 years management experience in agriculture
• Proven experience with maize, soya & sorghum advantageous
• Proven experience working with large combine harvesters and planting equipment essential
• Ability to lead and work with a team
• Computer literate
• Ability to lead and work with a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Maintenance and mechanically orientated
• Valid driver’s license
