What you’ll be doing

As Senior Counsel, Personal Banking, you’ll provide centralized legal advice within the Legal Department on e-commerce laws, including AI related regulations and codes, and offer seamless advice in relation to these matters in the context of client contracts, including terms, conditions, and disclosures. You will also provide legal advice on personal banking products and processes such as lending or deposits, tokenized deposits, debit cards, Interac e-Transfer, overdraft services, and the legislation and regulatory requirements that apply to them. – Deliver proactive, practical legal advice grounded in the Bank Act, consumer protection legislation, and applicable codes of conduct. Support Personal Banking products and services
