SENIOR COUNSEL – PRIVATE EQUITY (M&A)

A leading energy and infrastructure investment platform is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its Private Equity legal team, supporting the execution of complex M&A transactions and strategic investments across a diversified portfolio of power generation, energy transition, and infrastructure assets.

This individual will play a key role partnering with investment professionals to deliver high-value transactions across both traditional and emerging energy sectors.
