The Corporate Counsel, Sr will serve as a strategic legal partner to the business, advising on a wide range of sophisticated legal matters, including complex commercial transactions, technology-related matters, and strategic deal structures. This role will lead the drafting and negotiation of customer agreements while supporting sales and corporate initiatives across a global technology organization.
