Duties / Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of property transfers, sectional title transactions, developments, and related conveyancing matters.
Oversee compliance with legislative, regulatory, and professional requirements.
Advise clients and stakeholders on conveyancing and property law matters.
Monitor transaction progress, turnaround times, service levels, and quality standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop junior attorneys/conveyancers, paralegals, and support staff.
Allocate work, review performance, improve processes, and drive team productivity.
