YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER
In this highly autonomous KEY role, reporting to the HEAD senior Conveyancing Lawyer, you will relish and delight taking full ownership of your own conveyancing practice in their winning Property/Conveyancing division. In particular, you will be actively engaged in:

• Running your own property projects (approx 95% off-the-plan residential developments+ 5% existing residential property) managing the entire conveyance from pre-contract review to post-settlement using PEXA;
• Preparing sale contracts;
• Liaising with purchasers/their solicitors, banks, real estate agents, and other third parties at every stage of the transacti...
