We currently have an exciting new opportunity to join our Civil Litigation Team at DLG Legal Services as a Senior Contracts Litigator . This is a permanent and full-time position, that will be based from our Bristol, Bromley or Leeds office (hybrid working).

What you'll be doing

Acting for clients on consumer contracts (including new build and misrepresentation) and professional negligence disputes, managing the conduct of the claims from the initial assessment stage through to final hearing and beyond to enforcement where appropriate, in the fast, intermediate and multitrack arenas.

• You will provide accurate and clear legal advice, manage clients' expectations, explain decisions and the steps in the claims process clearly and succinctly; always ensuring fair treatment of clients.
• Take all reasonable steps to settle claims and recover costs.
