JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to support our growing Canadian operations. This role is responsible for the review, negotiation, and administration of construction contracts and subcontracts, working closely with project teams to support successful project execution.

This is a senior-level, individual contributor role focused on practical, business-oriented contracting. The ideal candidate brings strong construction contract experience, a working knowledge of Canadian practices, and the ability to work effectively in both French and English.

Contract Review & Negotiation

+ Review, draft, and negotiate construction contracts in both English and French, covering Canada and the U.S.

+ Support efficient and practical contract execution aligned with project and business goals
