SUMMARY

Highly motivated and self-directed individual to help drive implementation of the Chromalloy Continuous Improvement Structured Approach. Works closely with employees at all levels of the organization teaching, coaching and mentoring to drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving utilizing the lean and six sigma tools and methodologies. Develops CI capability at all levels of the organization. Positively leads change and improvement towards strategic objectives through facilitation and training of teams and individuals. Monitors teams' progress and supports as necessary to drive project implementation and sustainability.
