Role Overview

• Position: Senior Consultant - Transformation

• Location: Melbourne (Hybrid: 3 days on-site)

• Initial Duration: 1st week of June - 31st July, with a view to move to longer term contract for the delivery phase

The Opportunity

We are seeking a heavyweight, highly autonomous Senior Consultant - Transformation to spearhead the critical review and bottom-up re-set of a large-scale enterprise transformation program.

This is a two-phased engagement. Initially, you will operate in a strategic advisory capacity, conducting a rapid diagnostic of the current state, defining priorities, and designing the future roadmap.
