Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant / Solution Architect with deep expertise in Workforce Software (WFS) solutions to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of workforce management systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge across Workforce Software modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, Reporting, and Integrations , while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient workforce management solutions.

This role requires a combination of solution architecture, hands-on configuration, technical troubleshooting, and integration expertise to support enterprise-wide workforce management initiatives.
