The Developer is one of Dubai's most respected real estate developers with over 100 projects delivered across the UAE and GCC. The project is secured till 2029 in Downtown Dubai.

Job Role

• Screening of the Contractor and the Engineer/Client correspondences
• Identifying any contract/claim-related correspondences;
• Downloading the contract/claims correspondences to our clients server (shareable with end user/client)
• Listing any pertinent correspondences on the Pertinent Correspondence Tracker
• Ensuring robust responses are drafted by us for issue by the Engineer or by the Engine...
