The Senior Concierge Executive will be expected to lead by example, support junior concierge staff, handle tenant and visitor enquiries, manage escalations, and maintain a consistently professional image at all times. Key Responsibilities Greet tenants, visitors, guests, and VIPs with a warm and professional demeanour. Provide accurate information on building facilities, services, amenities, transport, car park, bicycle parking, nearby landmarks, and tenant directories.
