Payroll

• Prepare and file Form 941, 940, W-2, and other payroll tax forms
• Manage quarterly payroll tax reporting and compliance requirements
• Handle amended payroll filings and corrections
• Review payroll records for accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations

Payroll Issue Resolution

• Respond to and resolve IRS payroll notices and payroll-related letters
• Research discrepancies in payroll tax filings and resolve compliance issues
• Coordinate corrections and adjustments when errors occur

Regulatory & Agency Communication

• Communicate with government agencies such as the IRS and state workforce commissions
• Handle unemployment tax issues, payroll tax inquiries, and regulatory correspondence
• Manage documentation and compliance responses for payroll-related audits or notices
