Position Overview
The Senior Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting statutory compliance across payroll and HR products for the North American region (United States and Canada), with a primary focus on tax and labor-related requirements.
This role is hybrid, three days per week onsite in our Atlanta office.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret federal, state/provincial, and local payroll tax and labor legislation across the United States and Canada
• Assess the impact of legislative changes on payroll and HR systems and product functionality
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear business and system requirements
• Conduct ongoing research into existing and emerging legislation affecting payroll and HR compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation of research, interpretations, and decisions
