Senior Compliance Manager - Data, Personal Data, Compliance Risks



The Senior Compliance Manager supports the Compliance function in maintaining an effective risk?based compliance framework, providing independent second line oversight and challenge to the business. The role also acts as the senior lead for Data and Personal Data, supporting the Data Protection Officer.



Key responsibilities

Provide compliance advice, oversight and challenge to the business.

Deliver compliance monitoring in line with the Compliance Plan.

Maintain and enhance the compliance framework and associated reporting.

Support implementation of new or amended regulatory requirements.

Attend governance forums and prepare compliance?related papers.

Act as a trusted advisor while maintaining independence from the first line.
