This is a global compensation partner role supporting a globally distributed workforce and partnering closely with teams across North America, Europe, and APAC. The position operates in a UK-time shift and partners closely with a globally distributed team to drive compensation initiatives and ensure consistent execution of compensation programs worldwide.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for shaping and executing our global compensation strategy across cash and equity programs.
