Role: Practice Lead - Compensation and Benefits Location: London, United Kingdom Role responsibilities:Design compensation structures/models, allowances, salary ranges, long & short term incentive programs, policy formulation across multiple European countries for employees hired locally and expats deputed/seconded to these countries.Budgeting, financial impact analysis and scenario planning to evaluate optimal solutions and implementation plans; focus on digitization for improved program implementationProvide C&B support for any union/CBA/Worker Council negotiations in the regionRefine market intelligence data to periodically benchmark compensation programs/processes in scope and recommend enhancements to improve their competitiveness.Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation Design and deployment of various compensation programs to drive organizational performance through world-class practices of governance and employee experienceLarge change/progr...
