Senior Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Communicate a clear communication strategy and ensure it is reflected across the organization to protect and enhance Sandoz business and reputation.
• Establish, develop, and coordinate communication plans in line with strategic goals.
• Manage day‑to‑day strategic and operational business matters.
• Implement communication policies and processes to ensure consistency of the Sandoz brand position.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of communication associates.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events, or special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt.
• Distribute marketing samples where applicable.
