**The Specifics of the Role**
- Develop and Implement Commissioning Plans: Create detailed commissioning plans, estimates, and schedules, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Engage with the owner early in the project for the development of systems and plant start up. Partner with process engineering in the development of plant turnover systems. Conduct Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) to further define commissioning plans.
