Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver gymnastics training sessions for recreational and competitive athletes
- Teach and refine gymnastics techniques, routines, strength, flexibility, and conditioning
- Prepare athletes for competitions, assessments, and performances
- Monitor athlete progress and provide regular feedback to athletes and parents
- Ensure safety standards, spotting techniques, and equipment checks are consistently maintained
- Mentor and supervise junior coaches and assistant coaches
- Support talent identification and athlete development pathways
- Maintain attendance records, athlete evaluations, and competition reports
- Promote discipline, teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship
- Assist with gymnastics events, showcases, camps, and club activities
Requirements: - Recognised gymnastics coaching certification(s)
