Apex is wholly-owned by Jefferies Finance LLC, a joint venture of Jefferies Group LLC and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company formed in 2004. POSITION: Apex is actively looking for experienced Vice President level positions for our New York mid-town office with the following attributes:
- Analyst buy-side role with 5 - 7 years of overall experience
- Underwriting of leveraged loan transactions as well as monitoring existing exposures within assigned industry sectors
