Job Description

Manage end-to-end injury management and claims processes in line with legislative and internal requirements
Implement early intervention strategies to support optimal claim outcomes
Facilitate safe, durable, and timely return-to-work programs
Assess, accept, or deny claims in accordance with SRC Act guidelines
Coordinate Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and review medical reports to determine liability
Provide expert advice to stakeholders throughout the claims and rehabilitation process
